Sisk Consulting Group,LLC is a national executive search and placement firm providing services exclusively to individuals and companies in the Construction and Engineering Industry. Alicia Sisk-Morris, President, has over 20 years experience and has been successfully working in the construction executive search industry since the 1990’s.
Our services are performed with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and promptness. We regularly place Presidents, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Vice Presidents, Chief Financial Officers, General Managers, Branch Managers, and Senior Department Managers (Operations, Estimating, Purchasing, Business Development, Engineering, Service, Risk Management, etc.) along with mid management professionals (Project Manager, Designers, Estimators, Service Managers, Fab Shop Managers, Controllers, and Engineers). With the construction industry facing many challenges in attracting, developing and retaining top level talent, we make sure that our clients have access to the most qualified candidates for every position and every market segment. Our construction division specializes in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general contractors. Our engineering division focuses on the Engineering firms as well as Engineering, Procure and Construct firms.

Alicia Sisk-Morris, Founder/President
Sisk Consulting Group was founded by Alicia Sisk-Morris after spending nearly
12 years as an executive search practitioner, mentor and market leader. During
her career she has directed and managed mid level management and executive level
searches both domestically and internationally with an emphasis on the Mechanical,
Electrical and Rail Industries.
Alicia spent nearly 12 years as an Executive Associate at Kimmel and Associates,
an executive search firm based in Asheville, North Carolina. During her
time there she was a founder of and mentor to the Mechanical and Electrical Division. She
has an in-depth and broad knowledge of construction executive search and is a
key developer of the recruiting process. She has also been a contributing
writer to the “Construction Industry Newsletter” produced by Kimmel & Associates.
Alicia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also holds a Certificate of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She was inducted in Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity in 1988.
She resides with her husband, John , a middle school science teacher, and daughter in Weaverville, North Carolina. Her community involvement has included The Junior League of Asheville and Raleigh, Board Member of The Children’s Center School (President and Treasurer), Girl Scouts of America, Isaac Dickson School PTO, UNC-CH Rams Club, and UNC-CH Alumni Association. In her spare time she enjoys photography, hiking, camping and cooking.
Her philosophy: "I try to fully understand a client's needs both technically and interpersonally, as well as a candidate's strengths and career goals, and then aim to create a match that meets the needs of both companies and candidates. When clients call back repeatedly, we believe we have accomplished our goal."
Alicia was recently interviewed by Kent Craig of Contractor Magazine where she talks about establishing her own firm, and gives advice to job seekers in the mechanical contracting industry.
